Changes To Rent Rules That Came Into Place on Monday 29 March, 2021

More than 130 reforms have been introduced, so it’s time for every renter, rental provider (landlord) and property manager to check the changes – and we need your help in spreading this message.
 
Whether you’re a renter or rental provider (landlord), the new rental rules will create a fairer, safer system for all Victorians.
